What does digital marketing management include?
We put your business in front of people who are already looking for your service. Devuptime manages Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), SEO and your Google Business Profile as one plan, and because we also build websites, we make sure the traffic lands on a page that is ready to convert. Our work is aimed at small and mid-size businesses that need calls, form submissions and booked jobs, not just impressions.
Why hire the team that also builds the website
Most of the money wasted on ads isn't lost in the campaign; it's lost on the landing page. Good traffic arriving on a slow, confusing page with no clear path to contact you becomes cost with no return. Because Devuptime builds the site and runs the traffic, we can adjust both sides: if a campaign brings visitors but nobody fills out the form, we fix the page, with no second vendor and no meetings between agencies.
That's how we worked with Better Maids, a residential cleaning company in New Jersey: website, CRM integration and digital marketing handled by the same team.
How pricing works
There are two separate costs. The ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or other platforms, and you decide the budget. The management fee covers our work, and it depends on how many channels we run, how many campaigns and locations are involved, and whether content or landing pages need to be produced. You receive a written proposal with the channels, the deliverables and the monthly fee before we start.
How much should you spend to start?
Start with a budget that lets you test channels, discover which keywords actually generate leads and calculate how much each new customer costs you. Once you know that number, increasing the budget stops being a bet and becomes a calculation. In the first conversation we look at your service area, your average job value and where your customers come from today, and suggest a starting point.
What we do in each channel
Google Ads: reach people who are already searching
Ads that show up the moment someone searches for your service. We structure the campaigns, pick keywords with buying intent and cut the ones that only spend without bringing in customers, so the budget goes to what generates leads. For local service businesses in the US, we can also help you evaluate whether Google Local Services Ads are a good fit alongside regular search campaigns.
Facebook and Instagram ads: reach the right audience
Campaigns on Facebook and Instagram targeted by interest, location and behavior, with creatives tested until we find what works. This is the channel to create demand among people who aren't searching yet but match your customer profile.
SEO: show up on Google without paying per click
Work that makes your site appear in organic search results. It's slower than ads, but the results don't disappear when you pause spending. See how our SEO consulting works.
Google Business Profile: show up in local search
Optimizing the profile that shows up on Google Maps and in local results: complete information, photos, posts and replies to reviews. For businesses that serve a specific area, it's often the channel with the best return. See our Google Business Profile management.
Growth marketing: measure to decide where to invest
We look at the whole path, from ad to lead and from first purchase to repeat customer, and use the numbers to decide where to increase or cut spending, instead of going on gut feeling.
Reports that actually say something
You get how many leads came in and what each one cost, not a pile of charts with no conclusion. The first thing we set up is conversion tracking: calls, forms and messages tied to the channel that generated them. Without it, there's no way to know which channel brings customers.
- Leads by channel: calls, form submissions and messages from each campaign.
- Cost per lead and, when you share closed jobs with us, cost per customer.
- What we changed during the period and why.
- What comes next: the tests planned for the following month.
What goes into the agreement
- Channels, deliverables and the monthly fee in writing before we start.
- Ad accounts, analytics and your Google Business Profile stay in your company's name; we work with delegated access.
- Your data and reports belong to you if you ever decide to change vendors.
Where to start
Send us a message. In the first conversation we learn about your service area, your offer and where your customers come from today, and recommend which channel makes sense to start with. If your website isn't ready to convert, we'll say so first; see our website development service.
